    Did you know that widening your first few strides helps you sprint faster than when you are in a narrow stance from the start? Most people go for a narrow stance for longer strides and more aerodynamics, but that should come only after youve built up some speed, and sprinting with widened legs can exert enough power for the explosive start. Once you are running fast enough, you gradually narrow down your stance for better aerodynamics.

  27. also, i was born with a rare disease where my arms don't straighten all the way, my left straightens a little more than half way and my right straightens almost all the way and i also don't have any kneecaps or elbow caps and my arm strength and leg power is limited. no I'm not making this up, its called nail patella also known as fongs disease, it varies for everyone who has it but I'm worried i won't be able to be a good fighter because of it and i really want to learn mma. any tips?? btw i love your channel 🙂
