    Oh, man, if only there were some tutorial on how to set up rings in my house or outside my house which has no handy rafter to hang them off of….

    I like doing pistol squats, but I find sometimes that my back bends and gets strained. Should your back be completely straight this whole time?

    By the way, I've found it very helpful to stretch your quads before this exercise. Simply stand up, have something nearby to stabilize yourself on, lean forward slightly, lift one leg behind you and grab your ankle. This will stop your quads from cramping up at the bottom of the squat.

  9. Three best BW exercises: for someone at a pretty advanced level of strength at least. A ring muscle-up is no joke for most of us. For mortals: push-ups, ring rows, and some kind of squat.

  15. how much time can I expect to take to train enough tri strength with impossible dip negatives so I can begin to do the muscle up? seems my triceps are the bottleneck. I'm a beginner with impossible dips.
