Although it isn’t an easy goal to reach, getting in shape is a great thing to strive for, so you can enjoy a healthier life.   5. I can even begin childs pose. Where her upper body is upright and in the air but her legs are on the ground. My legs hurt.

    omg… puppy-dog is the most challenging pose for me. I feel like I'm going to break in two. I do it, but I want to stop a soon as I begin… I feel so uncomfortable and a bit scared.
