    I have a question? How important is cardio for fat loss? or for getting lean? I hope you can answer my question. I am very confused about this. Many trainers say not to do cardio, while other say very minimal is ok and others say to do a lot of cardio. I am stuck in my weight loss journey. I would love some feedback.
