    am on level 12 for 40 minutes. I never do interval , just the same speed in 40 minutes. No warm up, just go for it

  13. I just started this a few days ago. I jog a mile and a half on the treadmill first then come to the stair master. I just push the fat burner button and go for Ten minutes. Is that alone good enough to lose fat and tone your butt?

  19. yes I am lifting I happen to love lifting I workout lifting 5-6 days a week I will do compound routines or for example back and triceps on Monday and chest and biceps on tuesday type of routines and diet was 4-5 times me all intervals and high in protein

    I've been using the stairmaster at Planet Fitness lately. In fact, I did it yesterday. It is a challenging, killer workout. But I'm learning how to master it each time I use it.     now i thought people was crazy when they say not to eat before working out i was like but im going to die and food=energy. but i tried on an empty stomach, well i ate a piece of meat 1 egg or 1 turkey sausage or what ever first. Then i exercised and i must say i didnt die. i didnt have that throw up feeling when you eat and go workout or drink protein and go workout. But afterwards i would have eaten a cow had it came by me lol

    I just thought of an idea for something like this last week and found out that it exists today. I found that walking up a flight of stairs makes me burn fat but it can also be dangerous. I need something like this.

    have you ever tried it at setting 11 or 12 which is a natural gate/walk up stairs. This allows the body to balance at a natural walk; we don't hold on to rails when going up stairs.  try level 12 for 6 min which burns fat big time.

  34. I have been using it for sometime. I initially go slow and then after 5-6 mins, I get it at 20x for a min and then slow it down to 5x for a min. Repeat the process for at least 30 mins. After 30 mins, I am literally all soaked up in sweat.
