  7. you have to learn how to jump the darn rope, and THEN get to the cardio training that she is showing. Rope? Nope. I would rather run. You already know how run.

  8. I just dont even know how can you do this for so long with only 10 sec break. I nearly got heart attack when i was doing jump rope. I am just 26 slightly overweight. I take 1 min break after skipping 40 times. Should I do better?

  17. Cool but really why are you doing it on the worst surface you could jump on? Just saying in future you might want to mention so some of your less experienced jump ropers that may attempt doing this workout they'll know they should do it on any other surface other than the one that you are using. People see you and how fit you are and assume you know what you're doing and will follow… so um yeah it's a responsibility.
