    Just try this workout and I'm telling you, I'm sweating alot and its a little bit painful especially after doing a hardcore exercise than going to the leg raise (its a little bit painful in the butt area, as if its being stretched out). But, overall love this exercise and cant wait to do it again soon.. I hope that I can shed alot of calories.. And this video, its definitely in my playlist 😘😘
